Getting Started
How do I sign up for service?
Easy — just call or text us at (928) 225-9416 or fill out our contact form. We'll confirm your address, schedule your first visit, and get you set up in minutes.
Am I committed to a contract?
Nope! Recurring service can be cancelled or paused anytime with just 7 days' notice, no fees. One-time cleanups cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a $35 fee.
What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve Flagstaff, Doney Park, Kachina Village, Mountainaire, Bellemont, and Munds Park, AZ. Not sure if you're in our service area? Give us a text and we'll let you know!
During Service
Do I need to be home during service?
Not at all! As long as your gate is accessible, we'll take care of everything. We'll text you a photo confirmation when we're done so you always know the job is complete.
What if my dog is outside?
Friendly dogs are totally welcome to hang out while we work! We just ask that aggressive pets be brought inside during service for everyone's safety.
Will I get a heads-up before you arrive?
Yes! We offer optional en-route text notifications so you know when we're on our way. Just let us know when you sign up if you'd like that feature enabled.
Do you sanitize your equipment between yards?
Yes — our technicians wear disposable shoe coverings between properties to help prevent cross-contamination. While we take reasonable precautions, we can't guarantee it's completely foolproof, but we take hygiene seriously on every visit.
Scheduling & Billing
What if I need to reschedule?
No problem at all — just text or call us at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit and we'll find a time that works for you.
How does billing work?
Recurring plans (weekly and bi-weekly) are billed monthly in advance. One-time cleanups are paid before service. We keep it simple and transparent.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards and Venmo. Whatever's easiest for you works for us.
Safety & Extra Services
What are Pet & Yard Safety Alerts?
Since we're in your yard every week, we keep an eye out for more than just waste. If we notice anything unusual in your dog's stool or spot a yard hazard like a loose gate latch or damaged fence, we'll text you a photo and a heads-up the same day — included free with every plan.
Do you offer yard deodorizing?
Yes! We offer yard deodorizing treatments starting at $30. It's a great add-on to keep your outdoor space smelling fresh, especially in warmer months.
