No — as long as the gate is accessible, we'll take care of everything and text you a photo when we're finished.
What if my dog is outside?
Friendly dogs are totally fine! We just ask that aggressive pets be brought inside during service for everyone's safety.
What if I need to reschedule?
No problem — just text or call us at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit and we'll get you sorted.
How does billing work?
Recurring plans are billed monthly in advance. One-time cleanups are paid before service. Easy and straightforward.
